We will be happy to take your order; we accept major credit and debit cards (Visa Credit & Debit, Mastercard Credit & Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro and Delta) as well as BACS payments / bank transfers.

Security is paramount so we do not hold or store any of your card details.

Please be aware that your order will not be despatched until payment has been received.

For large and/or Corporate orders:
A payment of 50% of the total invoice will be required prior to us ordering stock and making up your order.  The remaining 50% must be paid within 7 days of us shipping your order.  Please include your invoice number and company name on your BACS transaction so it can be matched to your invoice

Delivery

During our busy Christmas period, orders can take longer to prepare.  On line orders will be dispatched within 5 working days to UK mainland addresses.  Our courier service delivers between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays).  Please note that we do not send out fresh produce on a Friday.

Our courier’s standard delivery charge of £9.50 applies for all deliveries Monday to Friday for packages of 25kg or less to:

  • Zones A (English mainland)
    There is a £5.99 supplement for Isles of Scilly, TR21, TR25, PO30-PO41.
  • Zones B (Scottish postcodes DD, DG, EH, FK, G, KA (except KA27 & KA28) KY, ML, TD, AB1 – AB16, AB21-AB25, AB30, AB39, PA1-PA19, PH1-PH3).

We will need to obtain you an exact quote and timescale for delivery from our courier for anything over 25 kilos and for all packages of 25kg or less to:

  • Zone C (Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands: AB31-AB38, AB40-AB56, BT, IV1-IV28, IV30-IV32, IV36-IV40, IV52-IV54, IV63, KW1-KW14, PA21-PA38, PH4-PH41, PH49-PH50)
  • Zone D (Scottish Islands, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands: HS, IV41-IV49, IV51, IV55-IV56, KA27-28, KW15-KW17, PA20, PA41-PA49, PA60-PA78, PH42-PH44, ZE, IM)

Should you wish to send a hamper overseas, we will need to obtain a quote for you for that specific country and check the regulations on what products can be shipped into that country.

If a Saturday or more precise delivery slot is required, please ensure you call us and ask us to upgrade your delivery to a premium time-guaranteed service, which will incur the applicable rate.

Please ensure that all the address details given are correct and that they include the House name/number and street, the town and postcode as we cannot accept any liability for delayed or failed deliveries if the address is not complete or is incorrect.  Likewise The Shropshire Hamper Co cannot accept liability if there is no one to receive the parcel at the recipients address; the parcel is turned away or re-scheduled by the recipient.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer delivery to BFPO or PO Box addresses.

Whilst we endeavour to get your delivery to you as soon as possible, in some cases delivery times may vary.

The last online order dates for guaranteed Christmas delivery is 15th December

Collection is also available; should you wish to collect from us, please contact us directly to arrange.

Due to the nature of our goods, we do not offer split delivery unless your order includes multiple hampers and/or addresses.

For large and/or Corporate orders:
Delivery dates will be agreed at ordering, but a minimum of 2 weeks notice is required and orders must be placed before 8th December

 

Returns & Refunds

Every hamper and item within it that we retail has been carefully checked before shipment.  If it happens that you are not satisfied with the goods you must inform us within 7 days of the delivery confirmation date of the product.  Provided that the goods are returned packaged correctly and are in a saleable condition, we will give a full refund.  Any costs incurred for returning the goods are your responsibility.

Items that are found to be faulty on receipt of delivery can be exchanged if we are notified within 7 days of the delivery confirmation date of the product.  All returned products must be carefully packaged in their original packaging or packaging of equal or higher protection.

This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights.

 

General

  • Many of the hamper packages can be tweaked to be Gluten Free, Vegetarian, Alcohol-free. Likewise, if the recipient has any other dietary requirements, please advise us so we can try to tailor a package to allow for it specifically
  • Some products contain nuts, egg, milk, gluten, wheat and other allergens. Please refer to the product packaging which will tell you exactly what the product ingredients include
  • Items containing alcohol can only be ordered by and delivered to persons aged 18 and over. It is an offence for anyone under the age of 18 years to buy or attempt to buy alcohol
  • Please be aware that the colour of the Hamper boxes may vary to those pictured
  • Images shown on the website are intended for presentation purposes only. All hampers, products, gifts and their contents are configured for secure transit using appropriate packaging methods
  • Whilst the photography is intended to be accurate and fairly described, boards, glasses and other photographic props shown will not be included in the hamper package unless it is specifically listed
  • Please note that there may be lead times on large volume orders. When we receive your order we will be able to give you an estimation on how long it will take to prepare
  • Every effort will be made to supply the items as specified. However, we reserve the right to substitute any items for items of the same type of equal or greater value if for any reason the product/s stated are unavailable or cannot be supplied. Some product flavours may be substituted
  • The weights given are approximate and may vary slightly; product packaging is subject to change and wine and vintage labels may differ to those photographed
